Our fee depends on what type of permit we will be pulling and the location of the property. You can contact us for a free custom quote for your job.
How quickly can we start working together?
We can get started pulling permits for your business on the same day! We will just need a few documents and some information from you to begin.
How long does the process take?
We generally will have your application submitted to the town within 1 business day from the day we receive it. Most of the time, they are submitted on the same day. Once the town receives the application it takes anywhere from a few days up to 30 days. We work diligently to get you your permits as quickly as possible
Can I track my permit?
Absolutely! We use a web-based program that you will have full access to for your company. Through that portal you will be able to see the most recent updates we have made to each job. We make notations every step of the way, so everyone has the most up to date information. Always feel free to reach out to us personally if you have any questions regarding an application.
I am a homeowner; will you pull a permit for me?
Unfortunately, we are only currently working directly with the contractors and their companies. However, we are more than happy to lead you in the right direction.
Do I really need a permit for that?
Probably. Did you know that you need a permit to replace your front door? Most major work outside or in your home will require a permit. Contact us for more information.
